Bubble-BuzzPradichaya Gafaae Poonyarit: A Thai soprano from head to toe with an attitude of a no-nonsense entrepreneur
with innovative ideas and, sometimes, shocking approaches, who fits the phrase "been there, done that" perfectly, and is looking forward
to new challenges. A leader, a teacher, a wife, a mother, and, a chef-ME-NOT. All makes a person
who turns every situation into a learning experience, and, is super charged with positive energy.
bubble-buzz, first-thought, random-thought,
a-few-words, a-phrase-a-day Bubble Buzz is about the first thought that comes when I get up in the morning, or perhaps sometimes not; Often random, perhaps a few words, or, in some case, a phrase a day. Words that may be meaningless to some and meaningful to others. A few words or a phrase a day which may or may not be relevent, and, perhaps,
not one bit interesting. Chances are, nothing profound may be found here. This is, in some way, 'My Dear Diary' in shorthand.
There is no prediction of what might come out of this stream of babbling bubbling bubble buzz. Therefore, I'd say, enjoy as much as you can.
Warning - Totally and completely indulging.

Hahaha-LOL-Hahahahaha! Are we brave enough to admit that? Before we even proceed to make an attempt to be honest to ourSELVES? Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 9th, 2010 7:59am Spring Cleaning: Cleaning up old, bad habit. Do you know how to get rid of your old habit/behavior/manner that you don't like? Recognize it. Admit, and accept to yourself that it's something that you could improve. It's not a big deal to quietly tell yourself something. Nobody has to know. Now you can work on fixing it. Instead of telling yourself that you would just simply "stop doing it" or "get rid of it", and replace the bad habit with an improved version, or an entirely different bahavior. Retrain your"self" entirely, with determination, perseverance, consistancy, and, a lot of drilling - A LOT. Just my two cents on a beautiful spring day. Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 6th, 2010 9:14am I woke up thinking about what I've accomplished in the last few days and that made me smile. In my previous life (as to life before the return to the US), I put so much pressure on myself and other members by making a big deal out of the term "achievement". Because it was a big word, therefore, it required a well-deserved task, which, evidently, was hard to reach. I set myself up to failure because the goal was not obtainable - not enough time, too fast too soon, for example. Being me, I didn't fail, but the result of each "achievement" was far from satisfying. There was a lot of sweating and bleeding and resentment from others. What did I do? My expectation was even higher on my next goal. I smiled this morning because my goal was reached. It was a small goal in comparison to all goals in my previous life. Such a small task, but a big achievement and a lot of happiness. Every "little" thing in life when put together turns into one gigantic powerful thing. Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 5th, 2010 7:34am If you receive something for FREE - for example, FREE service, FREE offer, or FREE gesture, etc, SOMEBODY ELSE is paying for it. Do not take it (and the person who provides the FREE stuff) for granted. Please, DO pay it forward - and backward. There's no such thing as, "Survival of the Fittest" as a human being living among each other in a society. That's for animals in the wild. Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 4th, 2010 7:27am Shiatsu massage on lower back is so good for a singer's back pain. I stretch, expand, and lenghten my back every time I sing, and even when I "think" singing. This feels good. Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 3rd, 2010 8:47pm Dinner was a success. What made it so good was that all three kids hung around afterwards and we had a nice time talking to each other. Nicholas, my teenage son, said to me that I was the best mother. That was a sweet surprise. I still ask myself what a hack I did to earn that! I know this will be in my thought for a while. Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 3rd, 2010 11:36am "Dear 800 number service who was so diligent at calling my home five times yesterday; You should know by now that just about EVERYBODY scans her/his in-coming calls. Yesterday you-yes, you-the faithful employer to your company- called my number four times during the day and once more in the evening. And, because you did not wish to leave a message, I figured that: a) You and/or your company might not have had an honest intention in calling me (and other ga-zillion homes in the US alone). b) People who do not have the etiquette to leave messages are not honorable enough to deserve my attention, respect, and most definitely, my time. Of course, I have to leave a very small grey area-have to act like a hypocrite once in a while to keep the balance of things- for 'my fav'. In this case, I'd recognize their numbers and that I may choose to yell at them when I talk to them later for not leaving any message. Today, you called twice already. I praise you for being loyal to your company. But, are you sure that that is your true intention, -just doing your job, really? Am I the only number on your list? Shouldn't you have moved on by now? I have a busy day and since last night, already turned the ringer down and let the answering machine pick up every call anyway. You do not get to me. I hope you haven't made it your personal goal to get me to pick up your call. You see, it'd make your work no fun and you would be miserable. It is really not you, it's the job you do. If you are not happy, change it if that's possible. But if you can't change it, don't let it get to you, make the best out of it, and, do not take it personal. LOL-haha, may be your several attempts of calling my house is how you make the best of your situation! If this is the case, let me add; make the best of out your situation without bothering other people. Hahaha and hehehe!!! Have a nice day. Best, you need it. -PGP" Share your thoughts Make your own Bubble Buzz April 3rd, 2010 I slept poorly, and, evidently, not long enough to launch into a dream stage. Being a single mom for the weekend, Kaitlyn slept on my bed. She woke me up by saying, "Mommy, could you pass the remote?" A thought bubble popped up automatically, "WHY DON'T YOU GET IT YOURSELF!!!!" while the actual response to her was, "Here honey, you may turn up the sound just a little. I need to sleep a little more." Ah, things we cannot say, for we do not wish to hurt our loved ones. "Mommy," whispered Kaitlyn, yet audible enough for me to lift the heavy, droopy eyelids. "I hope this isn't too loud. I don't want to disturb you." I have a good daughter. I swallowed my next bubble buzz in my head, which, would not sound so bubbly had I said it; instead, I said, "No, honey, that's fine. And thank you for being considerate."
