his is a Thai hand-crafted item. The necklace itself has three strands of tiny seashells carved into beads strung together and twisted into a chain, with a button style wooden hook to hold the necklace together. The pendant is a circular piece of polished cut shell with mother-of-pearl inlay. The pendant is on a loop also made from tiny carved bead seashells. The seashell necklace is approximately 19" long. Its pendant has the diameter of 2.5"

This belt is yet another beautiful and useful product of Thai's great craftsmanship. It is made of several coconut shells, each of them carved in a donut shape. They are strung through with brown color twine laces and with a nice touch of many tiny size 'donut' beads also carved from coconut shells. Total length is approximately 73". Laces on each side of the coconut shell design is 21". The actual length from first to last coconut shells is 31'

May 13, 2009 - Ying&Yang pair White/ Black Mother-of-Pearl BANGLES

A perfect ying-yang balance on a pair of bangles made of mother-of-pearl on resin. Pieces of mother-of-pearl were cut and integrated by hand into the resin. There's a slight imperfection on the white bangle - one piece of mother-of-pearl was 'accidentally' pasted on the inside (as shown in the picture) The diameter measured from the inner edge of each bangle is 2.55" Its thickness (outer to inner edge) is about 0.25" Thai handmade product.
